This document sets out the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy governing access to and use of the PropLabX or Proplabx platform (the “Platform” or “Platforms’”), incorporated as an online financial and property analytics platform providing global financial and property data, forecasts, analytics, and market commentary under Proplabx Pte Ltd (the “Company”). These terms are designed for a Singapore-based company providing data analytics and forecasting.
By accessing or using websites or applications and Platforms owned or administered by Proplabx Pte Ltd, including but not limited to Proplabx.com, Proplabx App (and collectively or individually as the context requires also owned by the “Proplabx Group”) as well as related data, and/or related services in any way whatsoever, including without limitation, entering the Platforms, perusing information provided therein, or clicking on any links at or within the Platforms (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms of use (“Terms of Use”) and our Privacy Policy (a copy of which is accessible at the following links: Link to terms
Proplabx Pte Ltd may amend and update these Terms of Use from time to time. You are therefore advised to check our Platforms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any amendments to the Terms of Use.
By continuing to access or use our Platforms, you signify that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and agreed to be bound by the same, as well as any amended version thereof. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use and/or our Privacy Policy, you should exit from the Platforms.
PART I – TERMS OF USE
1. Introduction
Proplabx Pte Ltd provides financial and property data, analytics tools, forecasts, and market commentary related to financial markets, cryptocurrencies, commodities, property markets, and macroeconomic indicators. By accessing or using the Platforms, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
2. Nature of Services
The Platforms provides the following services:
– Financial and macroeconomic data
– Market analytics and statistical analysis
– Quantitative forecasts and predictive indicators
– Market commentary and research insights
– Data visualisation tools and analytics dashboards
– Monthly subscription service based on the above services
– Property report generator based on the above list of services
With reference to the aforementioned list of services under 2. Nature of Services, any content, data and analytics made available on the Platforms, whether paid or otherwise is collectively known as ‘Services’. The information provided as part of Services is intended for informational and analytical purposes only.
3. No Financial or Investment Advice
The information, forecasts, analytics, and commentary provided on the Platforms or Services provided do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any financial instrument or property. The Platforms do not provide financial advice.
As part of Services, users are allowed to download property analytical reports for distribution. These analytics do not constitute as financial or investment advice.
Users should seek advice from licensed financial advisers in Singapore before making investment decisions.
4. Indemnity
The Platform may provide statistical forecasts, predictive models, and scenario simulations based on historical data and quantitative models as part of Services and also listed under 2. Nature of Services. Forecasts are inherently uncertain and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance. Market conditions may change rapidly and past patterns may not persist.
By accessing the Platforms and the Services you agree to indemnify and hold Proplabx Pte Ptd, each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with any information, content or Services used as provided by Proplabx Pte Ltd. By accessing the Platforms and / or using, relying on the Services, you agree that you use the Services provided at your own risk.
5. Usage of Content
In addition, you agree not to use the Services to:
- Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Services or the Sites by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
- Use the Services or the Sites in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Sites;
Termination. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to immediately terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future access and use of the Services (or any part thereof) without prior notice. Causes for such termination may include, but are not limited to the following:
- If you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy;
- If you fail to make payment for any fees owed and due to us;
- If you infringe our intellectual property rights or those of third parties;
- If you engage in any fraudulent, unlawful or illegal activities;
- If you request for termination of your account;

- If we experience unexpected technical or security issues or problems;

6. Membership and Subscription Access
Access to certain datasets, analytics tools, and forecasts may require a registered account or paid subscription, also known as Services. Members agree to:
– Provide accurate registration information
– Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
– Not share subscription access with unauthorised users
– Use the Platforms only for lawful purposes
The Platforms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Data Sources and Accuracy

For avoidance of doubt, as part of Services, users are allowed to download property analytical reports (“Reports”) for distribution. These analytics do not constitute as financial or investment advice. Except for the purpose of distributing these Reports, users are not allowed to download, use or modify any part of the content and information in the Platforms for commercial use without permission.
9. Permitted Use
Users may use the Platforms for personal research, investment analysis, academic research, and educational purposes. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, redistribution, or resale of the Platform’s content, owned by Proplax Pte Ltd without permission is explicitly prohibited.

These analytics do not constitute as financial or investment advice. Except for the purpose of distributing these Reports, users are not allowed to download, use or modify any part of the content and information in the Platforms for commercial use without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, Proplabx Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, investment losses or damages resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platforms or from usage of Reports.
10. External Links
The Platforms may include links to third‑party websites, datasets, or research sources. Proplabx Pte Ltd is not responsible for the content or accuracy of external websites.
11. Modifications to Services
Proplabx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
